Searhc for Hyperlinked Word and replace with plain text or nothing

Hi All.
Im at my wit's end.
I've a document with many hyperlinks and text.
I need to remove only some specific words which are hyperlinks.

Eg: Hyperlink which says "Go to Top"

If i just replace the word, the hyperlink remains. I need to remove both that word and that hyperlink as well.
Any suggestions?...
