Hi,
Suppose I have a word file with a spell-checking errors (red wiggly lines). How can I prevent that file from being saved in another folder unless all the spelling errors in the file are corrected? My motivation is that I am a manager at my firm and spelling error-free documents are vital for our business. Recently some of my colleagues are having many errors in their documents and we would like to improve this situation. thanks |

Unfortunately, if you let people edit a file, you can't really control what they do with it. One possibility might be preventing them from saving to that "other" folder and only grant access to someone who pays attention to spelling errors and makes use of the assistance provided by the spellchecker.
