Default Hyperlink i Word: Copy-paste, and move

Hi.
I create a lot og documents in Word, and later on I copy the files to new locations and/or mail the hole map-structure for use in another computer.

When I create a hyperlink in a document located in a map, refering to a document located in a neighbor map (e.g. a map called "map3") I use address : "..\map3\filename".

Problem 1: Some times the adress line change to e.g. "#_Hlk122922769". If I copy and paste such a link it become useless. Somethimes after opening the hyperlink the orinal adress shows again.

Problem 2: When I copy and paste (or drag and drop) a hyperlink inside a document og between documents the adress line change from: "..\map\file" to the full path e.g.: "C:\Users\Name\Documents\map1\ma2\map3\filenam e".

Is there settings in Word that can prevent this from happening?
