Default Saving windows size and positions?

Greetings.

On one of my monitors at work, I have three word-documents open
at the same time; one with a map, one with some info, and one to take notes.

Every time I start, I have to manually open these documenst, and then
resize and place them where I want them.

Is there any way to save the size and positions of windows,
to make life... well, easier. 8)

Thanks in advance.
