Hi All,



I want to insert an additional row below my table. If I use the mouse i.e right click and select "insert row below", the B of below is underlined. What does this mean that its underlined? I thought it would mean a shortcut but I can't workout how to use it.

Any ideas?

The B means that you can just hit the character B to insert a new row at the end of your table.

Oh yes so I can, thank you. Is there anyway to insert without bringing up the menu?

You could create a macro and add a shortcut key to the macro to run as you wish.
