Hello everyone. First time here and I do have a problem and that is..whenever I click on a word in a page that directs to some other place I ge the following message. The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Contact your systems administrator.

Anyone know how to correct this?

In reference to error msg. about linking from a word. My problem is in Microsoft Word. If I copy an article from other sources to Word and inside the article is a highlighted word (link) directing me to another page, when I click on the word I get the error msg.

Hello Stefan, Thanks for the response. I copied a report from another webpage into Microsoft Word. Inside the report is a link that should take me to another page. Whenever I click on the link I get the error msg. Nothing I have done so far using the suggestions posted has worked. Evidently some people get the same mesg. in their email program. I get mine when using "Word"

But the common denominator for you and the "others" is the hyperlink feature. Sorry, if the suggestions in the article I linked to didn't make a difference, then I'm running out of ideas.
