Default Templates: automatic text generation from Rich Text content control

Alright I figured this out about 30 minutes after posting. Simple answer and I overthought!

I am working in Word 2007 and I am creating a template, and let's say I want a page with a title and a header area that also displays my title.
  1. Click on the Developer tab and click Design
  2. Click on the Insert tab
  3. Click Quick Parts > Document Property > Title which will serve as an area for the user to insert the document title.
  4. Edit the control as necessary. I edited the suggested text to match my desired formatting and made it read "Insert Title"
  5. Doubleclick on the Header area
  6. Click Quick Parts > Document Property > Title
  7. Edit the control as necessary.
  8. Click on the Developer tab and click Properties to show the control's properties
  9. Check Content control cannot be deleted
  10. Check Contents cannot be edited
Since the controls makes the same reference, they will reflect the same text. I put the locking on the header's control so that the user can only edit the text from the title page.
