I am running a small office using msoffice XP professional (2002).
Word is running SP3
I am running office on 5 machines each running an individual program from its C drive. However we store all *.doc files and templates on a Linux file server.
Every now and again word saves a copy of normal. dot to the file server, this always messes the individual computer programmers (most common problem tool bar stops working)


How can I stop word from saving a copy of normal. dot to the file server.
