Default Creating/editting citation format styles

I was wondering if anyone on this forum could help me create a new citation style or edit a current one. For a class I need too use 'SAA' style and I'd much rather have the use of the built-in bibliography wizard rather than relying on doing it completely manually. Unfortunately I don't know much more than the location of the bibliography data and I would appreciate any help that can be given.
