Hello. I copied text from a file which Page Layout > Orientation is Landscape and paste it in my new word file which orientation is Portrait and the thing is...
normal copied text (no need to read it) "In a context-aware ubiquitous learning environment, learning systems can detect students’ learning behaviors in the real world with the help of context-aware (sensor) technology; that is, students can be guided to observe or operate real-world objects with personalized supports from the digital world. In this study, an optimization problem that models the objective and criteria for determining personalized context-aware ubiquitous learning paths to maximize the learning" and i get this text (no need to read it) In a context-aware ubiquitous learning environment, learning systems can detect students’ learning behaviors in the real world with the help of context-aware (sensor) technology; that is, students can be guided to observe or operate real-world objects with personalized supports from the digital world. In this study, an optimization problem that models the objective and criteria for determining personalized context-aware ubiquitous learning paths to maximize the learning So I get very annoying line breaks. But when I change the Orientation to Landscape it becomes normal again. But I definitely need Portrait. So how can i fix this? i need another solution than changing it all by my own cause its a huge document and when i try that it makes another line break in different place. very frustrating Thanks in advance Sorry for my bad English |

Hi
If I understand you correctly whan you change your format from Landscape to Portrait it appears that "line breaks" are being inserted. If this is correct then the following solution will resolve your problem for the whole document: 1. Enter Ctrl+H (Search and Replace). 2. In the top box enter exactly ^l (for clarity this is a lower case l (el) not a figure 1). 3. Click in the second box below and entee one space using the spacebar. 4. Enter Alt+H. This will replace every single line break in your document with a space and your document should display much better. Let me know if you have further issues. Good luck. Tony(OTPM) |
