Default working with html

I am copying some data from the internet and pasting it into Word (2004 for the Mac) where it appropriately shows the name of the link and has the encoded html accessible through the hyperlink menu. I want to create a table that has the name of the link in the first column (either with or without the hyperlink attached) and the A HREF information in the second column as plain text. Eventually I want to be able to save the entire document as a text file and be able to work with both the name of the link and its web address. Any idea how I can do this?
