Default sudden version change ?

I use to be able to define the Language in the Tools menu
and in the Insert menu I head "collum break"
and both have dissapeared

from one day to the other the menus really changed, as did the toolbars, its like I have a different (worse!) version of word, but i did not upgrade nor anything, its just gone

can u help ?

ok, just for future reference in case someone gets the same problem : in

Menu > View

in unticked something that said version 5.1

and all was back to normal....
