Word 2007 bookmarks and protection
I have created a document in word 2007 that is basically a table hyperlinked to bookmarks else where in the document. each row of the table has a command button hyperlinked to the bookmarks, at the end of each bookmarked section there is another command button that hyperlinks to the top of the page.
the main table consists of fields in each box. Every thing works fine in unprotected mode, I can jump all over the document using the links but as soon as I try to protect the document by adding editing restrictions to 'filling in forms' then start protection, all my hyperlinks become in effective. I don't want to let this document loose to my colleagues unprotected because I can guarantee it will be corrupted by day two of use (if I'm that lucky). I would appreciate your advice, I'm either missing the obvious or this is just how word works |
