Is the a way to delete the "empty" paragraphs?

please, see the attached image that shows my question

I've a huge document that contains empty paragraph that has been bused to have spaces, and i need to remove them all so that i can use then the after and before spaces to ensure the consistency.

Use the Replace tool to replace two paragraph markers with one paragraph marker

In case there are multiple consecutive empty paragraphs, you can use a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = [^13]{1,}
Replace = ^p
