Question Creating document from template but macros are still linked to template

I created at macro enabled word template in Word 2007 and it went great. I double clicked the template file to create a new document. After creating the new document none of the macros that were in the template are in the actual Word document they are still linked back to the template.

So if I email the new word document (based on the template) to a person and they don't have access to the template file none of the macros work.

Is there a way to have the macros from the template go with the new document?

Thank you
