Default Company name with a "field"

Hi!

I wonder how I can generate my company name automatically with a field. I know how to generate the whole address but I only want the company name...

Thanks!

hi bjorn,

What kind of field are you referring to? From where does it get its data?

Hi! Yeah, might have to clarify what I meant.

In Settings -> User information you can write you name, initials, company, address etc.

Using the field "UserName" I get the name and by using "UserAddress" I get the company name and the address but I only want the company name...

hi bjorn,

If the data are in a single field, Word provides no means of splitting the data via field coding - you'd need a macro for that.
