Hi zorspas,

There are various ways of doing this, including:
1. Insert a 'next page' Section break to separate the last & penultimate pages. Then, on the last page, unlink the header or footer containing the page numbers from the previous Section and delete the page number.
2. Use an IF field coded as {IF{PAGE} < {NUMPAGES} {PAGE}}, where the field braces (ie '{}') are created in pairs via ctrl-F9.
