Hi all
I got a trouble with page numbering. I have a document which is 59 pages. I want to add page numbers to first 58 pages and no page number for the last one. I have tried but couldn't do that. I put a page break to page 58, but to no avail. May someone please help me on the issue. I searched through the net and found some instructions on the issue but they were no good for me. thanks a lot |

Hi zorspas,
There are various ways of doing this, including: 1. Insert a 'next page' Section break to separate the last & penultimate pages. Then, on the last page, unlink the header or footer containing the page numbers from the previous Section and delete the page number. 2. Use an IF field coded as {IF{PAGE} < {NUMPAGES} {PAGE}}, where the field braces (ie '{}') are created in pairs via ctrl-F9.
