please, see the attached images that shows my question

why the MS-Word cant find the Quotation in the file? (")

why w have two types of quotation different in shape????

Hi Jamal,

There are three types of 'double-quote' character in use - opening and closing smart quotes (ie “”) and straight quotes (ie "). Word's 'Find' dialogue should be able to find all three via Find = ".
