Hi Everyone,

I am very frustrated. My classmate messed up microsoft word layout and I could not fix it. I would like to get my normal layout back. I followed the instruction from online sources:

Open the blank file
and go to template


double click normal.dtm
and I went to page layout
and my word is still back to the original error.

Hi Gria,

There's nothing in the image attached to you post to indicate any 'issues' with the Normal template. What you might want to do, though, is go to Word Options > Display and check the 'Show white space between pages in Print Layout View' option.
