Word 2010: "Screen shot" and "Print Screen" and fitting the page boundaries!
please, see the attached images that shows my question It was great innovative in Word 2010 to have screen shoot with no need to "broker" software! Now, as we use the tool "screenshot" then the image will fit the boundaries of the document page WHILE: if we press "Print screen" (from the keyboard) and then Paste, the pasted image doesn't fit the boundaries of the document page!!!!! WHY? where is the settings to let the pasted image from "Print Screen" fit the boundaries of the document page??? how to set this regular behavior as it was in Word 2007???? why this problem appears only in Word 2010? regards Jamal |

Hi Jamal,
That's just the way things are. Different tools work differently; even different versions of the same application work differently.

Hi Jamal,
The difference is probably because the software engineers at Microsoft thought it would work better this way - quite possibly in response to feedback from other customers.

These engineers should leave it optional but not to wipe it out!!!! this feature has been existing since long time ago and it is not reasonable just to "destroy" it!!!!! To make the old behavior as an OPTIONAL issue is a fair solution so that the user can choose what he needs regards Jamal |
