which controls should i set to make the pasted screen shot fits the boundaries of the document page by default?




please, see the attached images that shows my question.


- as i make print screen and then paste it to Word document, then the screen shot image doesn't fit the boundaries of the document page by default...!

- if i take the screen shot to ACD see (images software), and then from there i take it to the word document, in this case, the pasted image fits the boundaries of the page!!!!

- In the other computer, i do the same, and then pasted screen shot fits the page boundaries by default with no need to "broker" software!!!

which controls should i set to lake the pasted screen shot fits the boundaries of the page?

Is it Windows or Word settings? why in the other computer the pasted screen shot fits the boundaries of the document by default?
