Where we can find a Word document (docx file) that contains proffesional work inside?

I'm looking for a very professional Word document (docx file) that shows the capabilities, features and functions of Microsoft Word in Editing a huge work usch as PhD or manuals?

For me, i'm trying to edit my MSc dissertation on my own but sounds that i don't have enough professional skills to accomplish this task...! i'm sticking with so many issues in word...


i need to see how Word can control the whole work in professional way.
