Page numbering starting on 2 after section break
Hi, I have a document with section breaks. The cover has no number, there is a section break and the first page numbering starts "ii". The next section break starts with "1", then there is a section break that changes the page from portrait to landscape. The "continue from previous section" number is okay at page "2". When I add another section to go back to portrait the numbering will not "continue from previous section" correctly. It insists on the page number 4 when it should be 3. When I try to start the number manually with "starting at" it will not accept any odd numbers. Any suggestions? I would like the first roman numeral page to start with "i" not "ii" and the pages following "1" to continuously number to the end of the document. It appears that the "different odd and even" is selected but it is not. Is it possible that a copy&paste could have brought that in without any visible evidence of it? if so can I get rid of it? Think I resoved this with changing the sectin breaks from "even" to "next page". Thanks anyway. It's nice to know this is here if I need it!
