Default Word forces a white border at the Print stage

I have attached 2 images below which show my problem. As you can see in the 'before' picture, I have not created a white border and would like the black background to extend to the edge of the card.

In the 'after', you can see Word has decided that I need a white border. How do I convince it otherwise?

ps This is not a problem with displaying the background colour itself, as can be solved here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/906306
