references problem/citation

dear,
my Word is broken. all the citation or reference like this:
{CITATION place holder1/11033}
appear like that

but in print preview is normal.
perhaps due to i did some editing or something like that.

Hi uncung,

Press Alt-F9 to toggle the field code display on/off.
