Default All text shift to the left???

I have 3 separate users printing to 3 separate printers with different drivers and they all have the same intermittent issue when printing a word doc from Office 2007.

As soon as they hit print, the text on he page all shift to the left and combines into a blob on the screen and prints that way.

they can close the document and open it again and print fine for weeks and then out of the blue it will happen again. Any idea on what this is or how to fix it??
