I have been editing a document using the comment ballons/markup column format and I am having problems. The document I'm editing is formatted oddly (kind of like an outline), and the text in some sections spills over into the gray area of the markup column. I have tried adjusting the right hand border of the document's text, but it just screws up the formatting. I have also tried changing the width of the markup column (Review-Track Changes-Track Change Options-Preferred Width), but the same problem occurs with the thinner markup column. It occured to me that if I made the markup column white instead of gray, it wouldn't look so stupid, but I can't figure out how to do this. Please Help!!!
