Question about printing
I'm not very good in english, so please bear with me.
I'm using MS Word 2007. I'm having trouble printing a couple of reference materials using page numbers with the section break and the manual duplex feature. To illustrate, lets say I have 2 chapters that needs printing. The 1st chapter has 1 page while the 2nd chapters has 2 pages. I used section breaks-[odd page] so that each chapter would be a section and I would be able to restart the page number of each section to 1. So If I were to print it using manual duplex: -Chapter1 page1 would be on the front of the first paper. -Chapter2 page2 and page3 would be on the front and back of the second paper, respectively. Problem: When I edited the page numbering of the footer of each section to "start at 1", the sequence of the print out changed. -Chapter1 page1 is on the front of the first paper. -Chapter2 page1 is on the back of the first paper. -Chapter2 page2 is on the front of the second paper. Question: How can I insert page numbers that start at 1 for each section without changing the sequence of the print out while using manual duplex? |

A (too?) simple solution: put every chapter in its own dokument
