How do I make a check box in a text box in Word?
Hi,
I have a document I made in word some time ago where I created a "text box" with "check box form fields" in it... However, whenever I try to create a new text box, it won't let me add check box form fields. I can copy and paste the text box I have now with check box form fields in it, but I can't add any more. I can only edit the text. Anyway, I figured this out before, but now can't remember for the life of me. Anyone know how I got the check box form fields into a text box in word? Thanks |

Hi VSCD,
You can't put a formfield in a textbox. Perhaps you've previously put it into a single-celled table?

Hi Paul,
No, it wasn't a table. You can't put a form field check box in a table that you create within a text box either... I know word doesn't want you to do what I'm trying to do, but I found away around it before, and just can't figure it out... Anyway, I gave up and just used wingding boxes Thanks for your thoughts though... VSCD |
