Adding text to auto shape and rotating
I have inserted an auto shape (banner), right clicked and inserted text. However when I rotate the shape unfortunately the text isn't locked and doesn't move with it. How can I do this??
I see it works in Excel by doesn't in Word 7. Is there a reason for this?? Any assistance you can give me would be greatly appreciated. |

Hi Hot Mumma,
You can insert a table into the banner, then insert the text into that. You can then use the table tools to rotate the text (90 degrees only). Alternatively, you can use Word Art with the banner, group the two objects and rotate them as a group.
