Skewed fonts when linking from Excel
I am getting skewed fonts (stretched and misshapen) when making a link from Excel into Word. A few years ago, I had this same problem, but was able to fix it by changing my printer properties to "Enable advanced printing features." This time, that doesn't seem to be the problem. Any ideas? |

Hi kbrewer,
Are you sure the embedded worksheets have the same horizontal & vertical scaling?

No, that's never made any difference before. It's always been 97% and 105%, respectively.

Hi kbrewer,
The 97% and 105% are already distorting the font's aspect ratio somewhat - by around 8.25%. What link format are you using (Excel object, picture, bitmap)? Does the distortion appear on screen, or only in the printout? Are you using up-to-date printer & screen drivers?
