How can I freeze a section (i.e. the side bar of a letterhead template)
Hi all--this is my first post. Thanks in advance for your help. Here's the problem I'm having.
I have created a letterhead template. It consists of a header (which is causing no problems), and a sidebar (which is a separate text box) running along the left side of the first page of the document. When I type into the template, everything works great for the first page, but as soon as I enter text into the second page of the document, the sidebar of the letterhead automatically leaves the first page, and flips down to the second page. I don't want it to. I just want it to stay where it is at! No sidebar is needed on the second page. Any way I can tell this section to freeze and stay right where it is?! Thanks! Let me know if you need more info. -Eric |

Hi Eric,
You need to configure your document with a 'differrent first page' page layout and put your sidebar into the first page header.
