Word 2007 show paste options not working
I have recently moved from a Windows XP machine to a Windows 7 machine, taking my Office 2007 and files.
On XP, I could select a cell in an Excel sheet, paste into a Word document, and the Paste Options button would appear allowing me to select "Keep text only". On Widows 7, using the same files and the same programs, the cell pastes as a table and no Paste Options button appears. I DO have the "Show Paste Options Buttons" selected in the Word Options / Advanced. I now have to accomplish the same thing by selecting paste, paste special and "Formatted Text (RTF)" Any ideas how to fix? |

Hi John,
When pasting, click on the 'Paste' button's dropdown and choose 'Paste Special'.
