Exclamation Label Creation

Okay so here is what I need: I want to be able to select a macro button that will launch a preformatted label. Then a window needs to open and ask the user to input some data for some specific fields on the label. I want to automate the printing of labels so that they do not have to hand written each time. Any ideas?

You could create a document template with the required label format, with formfields for the user to type in. No macros required.
