I have verified the button is in the right section and that the seciton breaks go all the way across the page.



When I hide section 3, the last button still shows. When I hide section 4, the first button still show.

Can anyone help me with this, please? Thank you!

It's an active x button. There are many active x buttons on the page and they all hide properly, just not the two I've mentioned.

Hi, macropod. Thanx for helping with this! Sorry I didn't post sooner... work has been crazy after the holiday!

I've attached a version of the doc. When section 4 is hidded, button1 still shows. When section 5 is hidden, button2 still show. All other buttons show/hide as expected. Password on the doc is 'test'. Subs are on the doc to hide/show sections as needed & show all sections.

Hi Joe,

You can't actually hide ActiveX buttons that way. Although only 'Button2' shows when Section 5 is hidden, that's because all the other buttons have disappeared behind it; delete 'Button2' and 'Button3' will take its place when you hide the Section's text. You also need to be aware of the fact that hiding text neither prevents it being seen nor its being printed - all of that depends on how the user has their system configured.
