Default Template conflict

I have created a template that include some styles as well as some buttons added to the quick access ribbon. The template is saves on my desktop. When I double click on it, it opens a new document based on my template in word 2010. It means that the new document shows the styles and the buttons too.

Now the problem is that when I save the new document, close Word and open the saved document again, it shows all the buttons twice on the quick access ribbon. I think that's because the new document has saved all the buttons information and loads them and since it is still attached to my template, so it shows two sets of all my customized buttons.

How can I force the new documents created based on a template not to save all the information of the template?

thanks
