Unable to Print
 
Word and Wordpad both will print, but the pages are blank. No problems printing a test page or emails.

Reinstalled the printer driver, HP Deskjet 812C.

Think Norton Utilities deleted a file necessary to print properly.

You'll need to restore whatever file has been wrongly deleted. I do find it strange that Norton Utilities would arbitrarily delete one, though. Did it give any warnings about the file?
