margins don't set correctly
I dragged a rectangle shape to the top of my page by placing it on the page at the top and dragging it down about two inches. It looks fine on the form page, but in preview it has a white space between the top of the rectangle shape and the top of the page. The space is about 1/5 inch. I changed the margin on the top so that it is 0 and saved the doc. Then I went back to the preview and there is still a white area above the rectangle. This white space between the top of the shape and the top of the page still exists when I print the page.
Can anyone help me figure out how to set the margins so the white space is removed? |

Hi dawit,
It sounds like you've positioned the image outside the area your printer can print to. Very few domestic printers can print to the edge of the paper. The Print Preview should replicate what the printer says will be printed - and what you've described suggests it's doing that.
