How to make text that can be seen by user but is hidden from printer. I have text form {MACROBUTTON MacroName Run this macro} that launches macro, but I want to hide the text from printer.

Or would it be better to use Command button to launch the macro. Either way, the text form or Command button must be "in line with text", because I don't have skills to code Macro that would be launched from floating object.

Hi ikks,

If your macrobutton field does the printing, then it should be a simple matter of having the code delete the field, execute the printout, then undo the deletion.
