How to get rid of Huge Gaps in my 300 pages Document?
So I converted a PDF file to a doc file in order to print the document off. It worked but the document is still over 300 pages long simply because each page is only half filled.
How can i get rid of these huge gaps so i can turn my 300 page document into a 150 page document? I just want to be able to print off my document so i can read it wherever I am, But also so each page contains more then 1 paragraph. |

There are other methods. If you have the formatting display switched on (via the ¶ symbol on the Ribbon's Home tab), you can easily see what's causing the gaps. It could be empty paragraphs, manual page breaks, Section breaks, etc. If there are manual page breaks and/or Section breaks causing the gaps, then you need to consider whether deleting them is appropriate. Obviously, doing so will cause material from the next page to be added to the end of the current page. It may also cause changes in formatting and the loss of headers/footers if you're not careful. An alternative approach might be to change the page size to something smaller (and/or increase the font size), so that the text fills the page, then use Word's 'Pages per Sheet' option from the Print dialogue to print two or more pages per sheet. You can do the same kind of thing with the original PDF, without involving Word at all, and be assured that the formatting will remain the same as the original.

Ok I've been doing some research, It seems the document I have has things in place to stop it being pirated...Hence why it is so hard to edit....
I just want to be able to print off the document so i can read it on the move... Can you plz tell me how to scale it using acrobat reader? maybe that will work. |

Well, it sounds like you're really asking for help with pirating the content. I'm not going to help you with that.
FWIW, re-scaling the pdf won't remove the gaps in a document that has them in its content - it just makes the pages smaller.

How do I rescale it to make the pages smaller? Im using acrobat reader. All i want is to lessen the number of pages. There are so amny pages because the font is so large.
