remove dependency between sentences

Hi,
I have a big problem with formatting Arabic sentences. You can see my document in this link

In above word document I've pressed enter after each paragraphs or sentences but when I change the font size of first paragraph other sentences (under picture) get the same attributes. However after some enter I was successful to change the first paragraph font and it's location(Justified) but when I change the bottom (under picture) sentences the first paragraph change again.

I would appreciate to help me on this
