Question How to keep the citation as one unit without using Ctrl+shift+space?

How to keep the citation as one unit without using Ctrl+shift+space?

please, see the attached image that shows my question

it is more proffesinal to keep the citation in the same line. i'm very thankful to Paul who has indicated how to keep them togather using Ctrl+shift+space. is there anyway to make this as default in this case? otherwise, we are forced to do it manually each time!!!!!

i think that there should be a way! but not sure!

thank you

Default

Hi Jamal,

There is no setting to make that the default and, if you apply Ctrl-Shift-Space to a citation, it will revert to standard spaces when you update the fields in the document. If you need to keep a citation all one one line, you could select the citation, press Ctrl-F9 to embed it in a new field (ie { 'Citation' }), edit the field so that you get {MACROBUTTON NoMacro 'Citation'}, then press F9 to update.
