This will likely be quite simple to answer, but I've been stumped on it awhile:
My document is set to single space between lines, however one line stubbornly remains spaced with slightly more. I don't see anything strange when I reveal formatting, and when I select the text cut it, and paste it again, change the spacing and return to single spacing again, the extra space between one line still exists. It's the first line of a paragraph, and the extra space is between it and the second line. Just can't seem to remove it. Thank you, Luca |

Hi Luca,
There are various possible reasons for this including characters in the problem line being of a different point size and/or a different font. Cutting/pasting as unformatted text should resolve things unless your content uses characters that aren't supported by the underlying font. In that case, Word will substitute the characters from a different font that does support them.
