How to combine many word files in one file but to have correct pages numbers and tabl

i did, but i got only the text on the target file! no header, footer or page number!!!

please, see the attached images

which setting do i need then?

by the way, we don't have "PAUL" in access forum!!!! and till now I'm still looking for how to have the path in the title bar of Access!!!"
