Hi epicwave,

if you use formfields where the data entry is to go, then protect the document for forms, simply tabbing from one formfield will take you to the next one. And, if the data input in one formfield needs to be replicated elsewhere in the document, you can have the two areas linked so that you only need to input it in the first one. To see how to do this, go to: http://gregmaxey.com/Repeating_Data.htm and look at the 'On Line Form' instructions.

Alternatively, if you use Find to look for [ ], Word will store that in its Find buffer, so that clicking on the Previous/Next buttons in the lower-right corner of the Word window will take you to the Previous/Next instance.
