Question Why Word goes to the first page each time we open the document?

Why Word goes to the first page each time we open the document?

Why Word doesn’t go to the last page we have been in (at which we saved and close the file) instead of going each time to the first page? Can we change this behavior?

This takes time, because each time we open the document, we need to go the page we have been in to continue working but not to the first page?

Thank you

Regards

Jamal

Because that is the way it is designed.

No. However, if you press Shift-F5, this should take you back to where the last edit was made.
