Default Find and Replace: Dates

Hi,
I am interning at a Law Firm and have been asked to digitally archive a very long list of files from an online database. The short of it is they are a record of all disciplinary actions within the various administrative boards in Pennsylvania. Each archive for a licensed proffession is listed under County name and has an attatched date at the end of each listing. What I am trying to do is figure out how to use find and replace to apply Bold formatting to all of these dates without having to go through and do it manually, but I cannot, through my limited knowledge of programming language determine what I would need to "find" within the documents. The dates appear in two formats (##-##-##) and (##/##/##). If this can indeed be done I would be very glad to learn!

Thanks
Britta
