Is there a way to make the cross-refernce format to be "Only lable and number"?

Hi Jamal,

If you mean you want the captions to default to that, Word has no settings to enable such a feature and the programming to intercept the Insert|Cross-Reference dialogue to make it default to this would become an annoyance as soon as you decided you wanted to start cross-referencing something else on a regular basis.
