repetitive work in word
Hello,
I am attaching two documents. A fair amount of the information is repetitive. Is there a way the second document can be filled out when I fill up the first one? Can I set it up in such a way that when I enter the information in the 1st document form it will automatically change the 2nd document form? Please guide. |

Hi vishalvijayan,
There are no documents attached to your post. However, there are various ways of linking information between two documents, including INCLUDETEXT fields. See Word's Help file for INCLUDETEXT field details.
